Nokia Lumia 625 : Another Big Release

It seems that Nokia’s latest surprise will really be “Something Big”, as official specs sheet of the rumored 4.7” Nokia Lumia 625 starts to spread in the worldwide web.
Recently featured here in Nokia Revolution, it seems that some of the rumored specs of the low-budget phablet (codenamed Nokia Max) will take in effect, including:
  • 4.7” display screen, specifically IPS LCD WVGA with 800 x 480 display resolution
  • dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon S4 processor
  • 512MB of RAM
  • 5MP rear camera with 1080P video recording and VGA front camera
Upon reading the specs, it is seen that Lumia 625 is a lot heavier, with 159g, which is close enough weight to the high-end Lumia 820; but will be almost as thin as Lumia 720, with 9.15mm. Since it is a phablet, some may expect the HD display rather than WGVA, and at least, an increase to 1GB RAM. With the selling price of only $320 unlocked (somewhere in between the 720 and 820), the specs are reasonable, and with Nokia Lumia, I’m sure that there is not much difference with its performance compared to other midrange to high-end smartphones.
What’s more exciting about this new handset is the inclusion of Bluetooth 4.0 with Bluetooth Low Energy, something that will only reach the original Lumia 620 after the Nokia Amber Update; and the Row LTE variant, which, according to WMPoweruser, presumably will not be released in China and India.
After the release of the Lumia 1020, will Lumia 625 became the next big thing? We’ll find out.
