Run navifirm ,select your mobile,version,product code to download firmware of your mobile.

Now run Ppmod.click on open a tree.then browse your firmware files and open the ppm file.

Then click on VFNT.

.you can see some suchunks named as DIGI,CNDS,RGLR,STSB,SBNL.

.now right click one by one and click on emport from binary ,then select your .ttf font in pop up window.

after changed your fonts,click on creat PPM option.wait few sec. Then save it.

now your ppm file is ready.flush it to your mobile with the MCU file.

Let you want to hide the folder named as tone..
Rename the folder to tone.jad then creat another empty folder named as tone.jar
now ur older folder is hidden..
Just rename tone.jar folder to any othr name to see your original tone.jad folder.

Rename any folder or memory card by adding .otb in last of name.
The folder or memory card icon is disapeared.

Rename your theme folder to theme.nth
now you can see a theme logo on theme folder.

1.First of All u need to Activate Orange Home Screen To Show It On ur "Display Settings Option".
2.To activate OHS , download "VariantsDefault.wxml"
3.now Open Ur Phone Using OXYCUBE then Goto SYSTEM FOLDER c:\Isasetting\variantFOR default\
4.Now Delet(or Keep Backup) the existing File and Paste "variantsDefault.wxml" and Exit. and u DONE!
For S40 v3
1.open jaf
2.go to bb5 Tab. and Tick the following...
a) normal mod
b) c 308
c) read pp
and then click on service button
3.seve the pp file
4.open with notpad
5.now u can find that word "145 0"
6.change it to 145 1 if not then dont change jst Add "145 1" below "145 0"
now save it.
Now u hv to Upload that Modded .pp file whch u hv saved before...
1.open jaf
2.go to bb5 and tick the following...
a) normal mod
b) c 308
c) upload pp
3.and then click on service
4.NOW your mobile will go to test mode.
a new pop up window ask you to select the modded pp File.
5.select the new one then wait 5 sec.
6.now open the battery and restart the phone.
or you can bring the phone to normal mode by clicking on the side tab of jaf.
update nokia default opera browser
Nokia new mobiles are coming with old opera 4.2 browsers and some other useless apps in web menu.
Itz too much borring.
BUT Now you can change your defult browser as your ownwish to new opera v4.3,v6.0.
Also you can remove other useless apps.and can place your fav. UCbrowser,ebuddy,yahoo!,snaptu,gmail apps in you web menu context.
Steps:
1.1st download and install the apps you want to place in your web menu context.
Remember that you have to download both jar and jad file or if you have only jar file,then to download jad maker click here.
2.now open the jad file with notepad and note the midlet name and vendor name.
Now the main work will start.
4.browse your mobile system file by any other software like oxycube pc suit,mobi mb..
5.go to c:/hiddenfolder/menus and copy the setting.xml file to desktop.and delete the opm folder there.
6.open the xml file.scroll down and write and add new nlinks as given in photo.
7.then go down to websetting,add the nlink there and delete old nlink if you want to remove the other useless apps.
8.now save that file and again replace it to your mobile systemfile.
9.copy the jar and jad files to the application folder of your mobile.
10.restart the phone now you will get updated opera and other apps in web as your wish.

Now when the S60 3rd edition security is broken and when the ROM patcher is available the only real limit for phone customization is the edge of our imagination.
There are bunch of talented young hackers around the Symbian Freak and you can expect much more cool hacks and patches to come shortly.
Anyway, speaking about the hack, first of all it doesn’t patch the ROM it is the pretty simple method known from 2nd edition phones and the whole trick is moving the files from the ROM to C: drive and pointing phone to use these files instead of the original ROM files.

Copy the startup.mbm, startup.mif and the rsc file corresponding to your installed language (*.r01 = english, *.r03 = german, etc.) to C:\resource\apps
Now browse to C:\resource\apps and press '8' on the startup.rXX file. now you have the hex view of the file.
Scroll down to line 000050
change hex value '5A' which stands for 'Z' to '43', which will be 'C'.
After saving the file, on boot, device will look in C:\resource\apps for the Startup.mbm and use it!
CONFIRMED to work on FP1 phones: N82, N95, N95 8GB, E51, E60, E90
Not working on the 6120, 6290, 5700, N73, N80, N81
STARTUP SOUND
First of all Get the package of course!
Unpack there you will find 101F8763.txt and Startup.mp3
Put 101F8763 to С:/private/10202be9/101F8763.txt (create folder 10202be9 if doesn't exists)
ut Startup.mp3 to E:\\Sounds\\Simple\\Startup.mp3
That's all now just restart your phone and you will have new and very unique start-up sound. you may edit Startup.mp3 file but remember it must not be longer than 10 sec !!!
If you have the problem with provided files than you'll have to do it manually.
Go to Z:/private/10202be9/ and copy 101F8763.txt
Put it С:/private/10202be9/101F8763.txt
Edit 101F8763.txt, you will find there:
[Main] remember only change Z:\\Data\\Startup_tone.aac to E:\\Sounds\\Simple\\Startup.mp3

How To Change ’0′ Shortcut to Bluetooth On/Off On Nseries
Bluetooth can be turned on/off by pressing the * key on some Eseries devices like the Nokia E66 and Nokia E71. This shortcut is not available on the Nseries phones. By hacking your Nseries S60 phone, there’s a patch that lets you change the ’0′ shortcut that usually opens the web browser. I’ve changed it to open the bluetooth menu on my Nokia N95 8GB. By turning on bluetooth only when you need it, you can save battery life and prevent unwanted file transfers.
Prerequsites
The first thing you need is a hacked Nokia S60 phone. You can find out how to do this by reading How To Hack Your S60 Phone guide.
The instructions below include editing the original ChangeBrowserOnKey.rmp patch by FCA00000 and uploading it to your phone. The modified code is then shown afterwards for the bluetooth shortcut. If you don’t want to read about the modification, just scroll all the way down for the end result. Note: The code’s formatting might not appear properly on RSS readers.
All I did was change the code so that the bluetooth menu opens. You can change it to anything you want as long as you know the application’s UID code.

The Verge reports that Verizon is going to receive a high-end Lumia 920 variant, called Lumia 928(Nokia Laser) next month. The handset is expected to feature aluminum body with a xenon and LEDflash combination along with PureView camera.
Sources familiar with the Nokia’s plans have informed The Verge that the company is planning to launch its high-end Lumia 928 handset in April on Verizon. Known previously as Laser, the Lumia 928 is expected to introduce aluminum as its main build material, having thickness 10.2mm at slimmest point, with a slightly curved back. Expected features - Combination of xenon and LED flash with 8MP PureView camera, 4.5inch OLED display and support for simultaneous voice and LTE (SVLTE). Other specifications, including CPU and RAM, will be identical to the Lumia 920
